At JAFX we try and make sure that we continuously improve our service to become one of the top Forex brokers on the market. Sometimes mistakes can happen which leave clients feeling disappointed and annoyed with our service. We have therefore setup a dedicated complaints department consisting of some of our most experienced employees that will ensure that we investigate your complaint thoroughly. If we find that the complaint resulted in bad practice by our staff, then we will ensure that we put procedures or additional training in place to prevent it from happening again.

Speak To Customer Service Before Filing A Complaint!
Prior to filing a complaint, we strongly advise you to speak to our customer service team to try and resolve your problem. Explain to them why you feel the need to make a complaint and ask them to try and rectify the problem. If this fails and you are still left feeling dissatisfied, then continue to file your complaint are we will try and resolve the problem at a higher level.
